Oracle Keys offers both digital products and print-on-demand books. Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products
All digital products, including but not limited to ebooks, PDFs, audio files, and downloadable tools, are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase or delivery, all sales of digital products are final.
Print-on-Demand Books
Books are produced through third-party print-on-demand services and are not eligible for returns or refunds based on preference, change of mind, or signs of use.
We do not accept returns for books that have been opened, read, or handled.
Damaged or Defective Books
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the damage
In cases of confirmed printing or fulfillment errors, a replacement copy may be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Digital products
- Downloadable content
- Audio files
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Books showing signs of use or handling
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If a product arrives defective, the issue will be handled as outlined above.
Processing & Fulfillment
Oracle Keys is not responsible for delays, errors, or damages caused by third-party fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist when issues arise.
